Environmental Stewardship & Social Contributions
FIJI Water is proud to be the first premium water to join 1% for the Planet, a network of more than 1,200 businesses that contribute 1% of sales to environmental efforts worldwide. Of all our environmental priorities, saving Fiji’s Sovi Basin rainforest and pursuing extensive reforestation in the region remain paramount. Thanks to this reforestation effort, we are the only major bottled beverage brand to become carbon negative, offsetting our emissions by 120%.
Beyond the environment, we support clean water, health, and education initiatives throughout Fiji. Working alongside numerous local aid groups, FIJI has brought clean drinking water to more than 35,000 people across the country, while FIJI’s educational initiatives have helped more than 30,000 people. Our support of healthcare has provided necessary screenings, clinics, supplies, and heart surgeries to many in the region.
